About Training

Individual Power

Want to improve your individual volleyball skills? Individual Power is for you! These weekly, coached 3-hour sessions are offered on a men’s height net (Power A-E on Saturdays and Sundays) and on a women’s height net (Power W on Tuesdays, W2 on Mondays). We hold tryouts at the beginning of each season, Fall and Spring, to place players in the appropriate level of play. Register for tryouts here.

Team Power

Do you have a team that you regularly play with? Learn how to play better as a team! The Fall and Spring seasons of this program are scheduled around NAGVA tournaments and are aimed at intermediate (B) and high intermediate (BB) level teams. Tryouts are required. Register for tryouts here.

PowerPlay

New to volleyball? No problem! This program teaches you the foundations of the sport and combines training from our professional coaches with being placed on a team for a full league experience. PowerPlay does not have tryouts; you simply register and come play. Register for PowerPlay here.
