Alisa Jaganjac

Alisa has been a member of Gotham for more than two years.

Q: Why are you interested in a Gotham leadership position?

A: I would like to be a bridge between my classmates and the Gotham leadership team to help create the best experience possible. I have been a member of team power for coming on 5 seasons now, and I want to contribute to continuing the development of the program.

Q: What qualities would you bring as a Gotham Leader and, in particular, to the position you are running for?

A: I am a great team player, have strong communication skills and am very responsible! I thrive on good energy and work hard to create a safe/comfortable environment for all.

Q: What do you wish to accomplish if elected?

A: If elected, I would like to increase player engagement in social events and increased participation at Gotham events outside of the court. For my power class, I would like to increase communication between players, coaches and administration. Also, I would work to increase feedback for coaches on individual players’ experiences with practice.
