Q: Please describe your prior leadership experience, if any.
A: I have been a volunteer coach, on the tournament and open play committee, and I have been the Team Power B Rep for the last year.
Q: Why are you interested in a Gotham Leadership position?
A: The Gotham family has given me so much over the years that has really helped me grow on and off the court. As a Gotham leader I get to give back, and work to ensure that the experience others have is comparable if not better.
Q: What qualities would you bring as a Gotham Leader and, in particular, the position you are running for?
A: A calm personality able to listen to concerns without judgement, and flexibility; as someone who is not afraid to take feedback and work with stakeholders to make the adjustments that will make the program better for everyone.
Q: What do you wish to accomplish if elected?
A: If elected I want to improve the communication of needs between players and coaches, and have at least two touch points during the season to gather formal feedback about the program.
