Gotham is hosting an Open Play on Thursday, August 26 at 7:00 PM for those who want to try out for Divisions 1 and 2. The Divisions 1 and 2 Captains will be invited to watch the open play. The purpose is to give those players who are new to Divisions 1 and 2 or looking to move up to Division 1 more exposure to the captains. To that end, PREFERENCE IS GIVEN FOR THOSE WHO ARE NEW TO DIVISIONS 1 AND 2 OR LOOKING TO MOVE UP. Registration runs until the Open Play fills up. Cost is $10.

If Pay Pal indicates that Open Play is "sold out," it has filled up already. If you get the message Open Play is sold out, you can e-mail openplay@gothamvolleyball.org to be put on the waitlist. Please specify that you are looking to play in the Division 1/2 Tryout Open Play.

If you register for open play, and you cannot make it, please let us know by e-mail to openplay@gothamvolleyball.org. If you can notify us in time to fill your spot, we will be able to give you a refund.

IMPORTANT: THESE ARE GOTHAM'S MOST ADVANCED DIVISIONS AND YOU MUST BE EXPERIENCED IN THE 6-2 OR 5-1 FORMATIONS TO PLAY. BECAUSE THE PURPOSE OF THIS OPEN PLAY IS TO GIVE YOU MORE EXPOSURE TO THE DIVISION 1/2 CAPTAINS, BRING YOUR TRYOUT NUMBER. ALSO, IN ORDER TO MOVE UP, OR FOR NEW MEMBERS, YOU STILL NEED TO ATTEND THE ACTUAL TRYOUTS EVEN IF YOU COME TO OPEN PLAY.
